Graduated from PWST in Cracow (1989). In the 1989-90 season he worked in the Bagatela Theatre in Cracow. In 1991 he has become involved with the Ludowy Theatre in Cracow, where he works to this day. He acts as a guest performer in the STU Theatre and in the Juliusz Słowacki Theatre in Cracow, as well as in the Współczeny Theatre and in the Capitol Theatre in Warsaw. He has performed in many drama, television and film productions, cooperating among others with directors such as: U. Urbaniak, A. Duda-Gracz, J. Stuhr, R. Zioło, K. Kutz, K. Zalewski, J. Machulski, G. Wiśniewski, H. Baranowski, W. Saniewski, St. Zajączkowski, W. Solarz, W. Smarzowski, F. Zylber, J. Koprowicz, B. Szydłowski, M. Grąbka, J. Tumidajski, A. Więcek, M. Gierszał, T. Svoboda, M. Grabowski. Theatre producer for the play “Dziecko dla odważnych” by Leszek K. Talka. Has performed on many stages in Poland. Since 1991 he has been cooperating with the producing company Bereś & Baron Media Productions, where he works as actor, second director, and co-producer for productions such as: “Historia filozofii po góralsku,” “Anioł w Krakowie,” “Zakochany Anioł,” “Wszystkie kobiety Mateusza.” He is known to the broader public for the television series: “Na Wspólnej,” “Szpilki na Giewoncie,” “Komisarz Alex,” “Na dobre i na złe,” “Ojciec Mateusz.” He has cooperated with the following foundations: A. Dymna’s “Mimo wszystko” foundation, U. Smok’s “Podaruj życie” foundation, TVN’s “Nie jesteś sam” foundation, the “RAP” foundation. Since 2008 he has been the president of the “Wawel z rodziną” foundation, which supports orphaned children, single-parent families, and people faced with unexpected circumstances. Along with his wife Beata, he has established the “Gospodarstwo Teatralne” foundation, which supports Art- and Culture-related activities. In his free time he enjoys skiing, mountain climbing, and travelling through the world on his motorbike. His latest productions: the film “Fale,” directed by Grzegorz Zariczny, and the play “Ciekawa pora roku,” directed by Agata Duda-Gracz.
